Un-Vampire Steak

Good Morning!

Today's recipe is straight from the pages of Cooking Light Magazine.

You might be surprised to hear that even though I have celiac, that I still continue to read through "regular" cooking magazines. On the contrary, eating Gluten Free hasn't deterred me at all from doing that, and really, that's in large part why I decided to create this blog.

I wanted people to see that eating G-Free isn't as difficult as it may appear to be. And actually, that Going Gluten Free means you can eat healthier + feel better than you ever have before -- just minus all that processed food that makes you unhealthy and out of shape anyway. ;)

All it takes is a commitment to COOK your own food. 

The Best News?
Today's recipe requires no "swaps" at all!
All I did was follow the recipe, exactly as I saw it in the magazine. It was already G-Free.
Exciting stuff, eh? :)


Any Twilight fans out there? When I saw this recipe, I couldn't help but get a little excited about the reference. My husband + I recently watched the entire Twilight series in one week, after a few years of believing it wasn't for us. 

Well, the verdict was...we loved it! Actually, we became a little obsessed. Ha! 

Even though today's recipe is called, "Vampire Steak", I really believe it should have been named "UN-Vampire Steak" because with all this garlic -- there's no way any vampires would want to come your way! ;)


Pair this with your favorite rice, veggies, or even use the meat to make tacos + you're as good as golden!
