Gluten Free Potato Salad

Oh how I love summer! What's there not to like about the fact that you can eat BBQ, potato salads, grilled veggies + fruit salads to your hearts desire? :)

I'd say that we must BBQ at least 4 out of the 7 days of the week right now. Yep, there is that much BBQing going on in our home.

...Or should I say, outside our home. 

And what's some good BBQ without some delicious potato salad? 

I'm going to preface this recipe by saying it's not mine. I copied it from Ina Garten from The Food Network.

And why did I copy it, you ask? To prove to you that some recipes out there are Gluten Free as is and don't need modifying. 

Yep, you heard me. NO swaps needed! :) The key is just to make sure you use a Gluten Free mayonnaise. Hellman's or Best Foods are those I recommend. 

This potato salad was delicious and super simple to make. I sure hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

  1. French fries have long had a bad reputation. It was a tasty and delicious indeed fit to eat while relaxing. However, if you consume too much, it's not a good thing. Here are 3 reasons why you should not eat fries.

    Saturated Fat
